Welcome to Jeeth Apparels. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

All product prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Product colors, textures, and appearance may slightly vary due to screen/display settings and photography lighting.
Customized or bulk uniform orders may require additional processing time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return pickup will be arranged only from the original delivery address provided during order placement.
Customers must be available during pickup and respond to courier communication calls/messages.
Failed pickups due to customer unavailability shall not be our responsibility.
Customized products, innerwear, promotional items, and clearance sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or misuse of our content, designs, branding, or products is strictly prohibited.

Jeeth Apparels reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions and take appropriate legal action where necessary.

Jeeth Apparels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

All disputes, claims, and legal matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu only.
