Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return pickup will be arranged only from the same address/location provided while placing the order. Once the return pickup is scheduled, the customer is requested to be available at the pickup location and respond to courier communication calls/messages.

If the customer is unavailable, does not respond to courier calls/messages, requests pickup from a different location, or if the pickup fails due to any customer-related reason, we shall not be held responsible for the unsuccessful return pickup.

Jurisdiction Clause:

All disputes, claims, or issues arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu only.
